Across the country we are getting ready for Women’s Section Day on 13 September. It’s a day to raise money and awareness of the Women’s Section and the theme this year is FOOD!
We would like to invite you to join us and hold an event to raise money and awareness of the Women’s Section. It could be a coffee morning, cake sale or BBQ on whatever scale you choose. You could have a few friends around for lunch and ask them to donate £5 each or have a big dinner party at £10 a ticket. In this period of WW1 Remembrance, you could even have a WW1-themed event with food from that time. Our staff at London Head Office have caught the baking fever and are selling sweet treats to their colleagues during the week.
The options for fundraising with food are endless! Whatever you get up to, let us know and send us your photos!
